  1. Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
    • No - We currently ship only within the U.S.
  2. How do I specify the Text I want to add to my decal?
    • When paying for you order, specify what text you want added to your decal in the "comments" section.  If you would like a preview of the decal with the text, send an email to sales@dragonflydecalz.com and we will send you a sample image.
  3. Does it cost any extra to change the color of my decal?
    • No.  There is no extra charge for changing the color.
  4. Do you have a return policy?
    • If you are not satisfied with the product prior to the application of the decal, you may return the decal to Dragonfly Decalz for a refund in the amount of the decal, minus shipping.  
  5. Do you accept major credit cards as payment?
    • Yes.  We accept all major credit cards by choosing the PayPal option.  You do not have to be a PayPal member to choose the PayPal option.  PayPal handles the secure transaction of your credit card through their site.
